General Refund Policy
At Stocky AI, we strive to provide high-quality AI-powered trading tools and services. Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds once a subscription has been purchased. However, we understand exceptional circumstances may arise, and we handle such cases on an individual basis.
Important: All subscription purchases are final. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances within 7 days of purchase.
Non-Refundable Services
The following services are explicitly non-refundable:
- Monthly or annual subscription fees after the subscription period has begun
- Services that have already been rendered or accessed
- Any discounted or promotional purchases
- Third-party integration fees or charges
Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund only if all the following conditions are met:
- You request a refund within 7 days of the initial purchase
- You have not substantially used the service (less than 5 AI reports generated)
- The service was not as described or had significant technical issues
- You provide detailed reasons for your refund request
- If approved the refund will be credited into original method of payment within 10 days
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
Note: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods or unused portions of your subscription.

If you experience technical issues with our service, we encourage you to contact our support team before requesting a refund. Many issues can be resolved promptly, and we're committed to ensuring you have a positive experience with our tools.

- Date of purchase and transaction ID
